ইলীশায় বললেন, “আমি সর্বশক্তিমান প্রভুর সেবক| তবে আমি যিহূদার রাজা যিহোশাফটকে শ্রদ্ধা করি বলেই এখানে এসেছি| যিহোশাফট এখানে না থাকলে, আমি আপনার দিকে হয়ত মনোয়োগ দিতাম না|

And Elisha said, As the LORD of hosts liveth, before whom I stand, surely, were it not that I regard the presence of Jehoshaphat the king of Judah, I would not look toward thee, nor see thee.

Elisha said, "I respect King Jehoshaphat of Judah, and I serve the Lord All- Powerful. As surely as he lives, I came here only because of Jehoshaphat. I tell you the truth, if Jehoshaphat were not here, I would not pay any attention to you. I would ignore you completely.
